Thank you to everyone that responded! I agree that indeed it is a form of Fox Sparrow. I have votes for Slate-colored and Red forms. The streaking on the sides is what got me thinking of something different. I usually associate our "sooty" Fox Sparrows with more of a spotted breast and sides. I appreciate the information that I received.
