This is just a short note to tell you only a few seats remain on the Friday,
May 2nd Tokeland/Grayland/Westport field trip. This year it will be led by
Ruth Sullivan, Tim O'Brien and Jim Pruske, and will leave from the Grays
Harbor NWR headquarters at 9AM. There are still plenty of tickets available
for all other field trips, so come on down and join us!



Also, a reminder that this year our Friday evening keynote speaker is Julia
Parrish, Professor of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences at the University of
Washington. Her subject is "Listening to the Birds: Seabird Ecology and
Conservation in the Pacific Northwest". We are proud to welcome her to our
festival, and we hope you will take the time to come hear her speak.
