Hi everyone.
Today at Bottle Beach there was a beautiful color banded Red Knot. I believe
somebody was asking about them a while back. the bands were on the left leg
and the combination was Yellow over Red. there was a also a color banded
Western Sandpiper, left leg: orange over green. right leg: orange over green
over orange. I will report both of these birds to the bird banding lab. I
would love to know about the projects that these birds are involved in.
