Well, certainly in that location (Redmond Willows). Last summer I
visited frequently to keep tabs on the two American Kestrels, and was
lucky to see one Northern Harrier on occasion. On 4/20 (a week ago) I
counted a dozen Harriers in that field, so I suspect they are
migrating through -- anybody know their migration patterns?
