Yesterday, we had our first pelagic of the year. Lots of migrating loons and geese. Highlights included three sightings of Manx Shearwater and 19 Orca! Lowlights, no Northern Fulmers, jaegers or Fork-tailed Storm-Petrels.
We believe that because of weather many of our migrating ocean birds were low in numbers and haven't arrived yet.
