it's that time of the month again, when last month's desktop's fancy can be exchanged for the this month's beauty.

The August photo was taken almost exactly two years ago in western France. I had just found my second Black Swan when I noticed a beautiful Mute Swan. Both cavorted and primped in the Elorn River flowing through the middle of the town of Landerneau. I still don't know what the Mute thought s/he was doing when my shutter clicked... :)
