Hello Tweeters.
We been having a pair of Oregon Juncos breeding every year. But this year is
different,There are 4 pairs of this birds breeding all over my yard.I been
seeing the young ones now for at least two weeks. But today and I been
finding one little feather on three different spots.I never found feathers
like this before. It looks not like some one got a bird but loosing the
loose feathers. There are so tiny and kind of fluffy ,feathers close to an
undercoat. We never ever had so many young birds before, where some had to
have more than one brood.I even had 14 young Bushtit's who all going on to
the Suet and the bird bath.If any of you have any input about the white
feathers I would appreciate to find out.I love my yardbirds .

Cheers Ruth Sullivan
