This morning after touring Turnbull NWR, I took the long way home. I travelled Highway 23 north to Sprague. At Sheep Lake, just before the county line, there were 14 American White Pelicans.

At Turnbull NWR, the usual birds were present, but I did note that all the Black Terns are now gone. Another visitor, let me know that a Moose family was seen there last week.
