I was over in the Okanogan earlier this week and saw a White Pelican at the boat ramp behind Wells Dam on Tuesday the 19th. I can't remember if this is early for them to be migrating south at this point.

Also got my first day time look at a Poor Will when my son flushed one up several times in the Aeneas Valley. It was much prettier than I would have thought.
