Jeff Gibson provided some interesting information on this community
park in Snohomish County. I Googled it and found this information at
a Snohomish County web site:

[T]he Off-Leash Dog Park originally planned for Fobes Hill Community
Park will be constructed at Fields Riffle Community Park.
