Subject: [Tweeters] Barn Swallow, Eurasian Collared Dove,

This afternoon just as it started to rain I observed a single Barn Swallow actively feeding over the pastures near the corner of 328th SE and SE Issaquah-Fall City Road. On on overhead wire there were 3 Eurasian Collared Doves - in the same area I saw them several times over the summer. There was also a very large Peregrine that pursued ducks flying down the Snoqualmie River below the Hwy 202 bridge.

Other birds of interest include at least 8 Mountain Chickadees & 2 Townsends Warblers in the trees on the south bank of the river in downtown Fall City, and a flock of Cacklers that looked to be headed north and lowering their flight to land somewhere near the pastures on the north side of the river. Also 6 Ravens, and at least 11 different Redtails on cottonwoods, lightpoles, and a wooden fence (feeding on a rodent) in a 5 mile stretch along Hiway 202 between Fall City and NE Tolt Hill Road.

Good Birding!
