Hi, everyone! For the past week or so, we've had a Townsend's warbler coming to our peanut suet at Emerald Pointe Apartments. I was excited at adding another lifer to my list (as well as enjoying the wonderful splashes of yellow & black at our feeders), but when checking my Sibley's it appeared by the range maps that these birds aren't supposed to be here during the winter. Am I correct in guessing that this beauty is supposed to be gone from our area by now? I've taken a few mediocre photos of it, if anyone wants to check to confirm the ID. He's still hanging around as of 7 Dec.
