Greetings All

Today David Irons and I were birding the Vancouver L area and Ridgefield. Along Lower River Road, past the sandpits/gravelpits (?) on the river side, we pished a NASHVILLE WARBLER in with a flock of sparrows and kinglets. In the flock of blackbirds near the gravelpits was a male TRICOLORED BLACKBIRD. In among the Cackling Geese closer to Vancouver Lake there was an apparent GWF GOOSE x Taverner's CACKLING GOOSE hybrid. A LESSER YELLOWLEGS was with a couple Greater Yellowlegs at the pond on the right side of the road, as one leaves the residential part of Vancouver and enters the Industrial area. No sign of the Swainson's Hawk. There were 11 Cinnamon Teal at the River S Unit.

Cheers
