I have seen Snowy Owls at sea coming aboard ships I frequent from time to
time, presumably wayward migrants coming down from Alaska or Canada, but this
interesting little article puts a new spin on what some (or a lot) of Snowy
Owls might be doing way up there in the dark of a long Arctic winter's night.
Santa Clause must have this one on his yard list by now :-))
