This looks a lot like the "partial albino" Red Tail that Nate Chappell spotted during our CBC count on Saturday at the same location you mentioned.? I'm sure it's the same bird, and it looks even whiter than your photos show.? When perched the bird's back was white with a scattering of brown spots and a stunning red tail.

OK, we are all snowed in and I am sorting through pictures I just took in Florida a couple weeks ago. I took these two hawk pictures near the Chamber's Creek Dam ( South Puget Sound area) a few days ago and I can not ID this hawk. I want to say juvenile, light phase? Red Tailed Hawk. Any Suggestions?
