Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report
was made Thursday December 25. If you have anything to add call Harry Nehls

The Peoria PYRRHULOXIA continues to be seen. An immature LITTLE BLUE HERON
is now being see at Siletz Bay. A male YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER was found on
the December 20 Grants Pass Christmas Count. On December 24 an immature
ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK visited a Brookings feeder. The Aurora CARDINAL was
seen again December 20.

Good numbers of BROWN PELICANS continue to be scattered along the coast. On
December 21 a HEERMANN?S GULL was at Yaquina Bay. Large numbers of ROBINS
are now concentrated along the southern Oregon Coast. A ROSS?S GOOSE was
seen December 19 south of Florence. A flock of up to 1000 PINE SISKINS was
at Lincoln City Decembr 20. On December 19 a BULLOCK?S ORIOLE was at Tongue
Point in Astoria. A male YELLOWTHROAT was in Astoria December 20.

On December 18 a BOHEMIAN WAXWING was in northeast Portland. A REDPOLL was
in northwest Portland December 22. On December 17 a TURKEY VULTURE was near
Grants Pass.

Two BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS were on Pilot Butte in Bend December 23. Two VULTURES
were near Vale December 22. Ten TREE SPARROWS were at Summer Lake December
16. Four TREE SPARROWS were at Frenchglen December 20.
