Dennis, et al

I was out this morning for a while and Whatcom County is still pretty much a huge mess. Crusty, sharp-edged snow/ice prevails on side streets and back roads. Only major arterials are clear (sort of)?and open (a lane or two)?and more snow this morning only complicated things. Weatherman says, however, that?rain will come today and higher temps will have snow on the run, so we should expect lowland flooding! Nothing but good times up here.
