Dear Tweeters: Please excuse me if there has been an earlier thread about
the above; I have always been a staunch supporter of Al Gore's crusade. and
have been aghast to see polar bears without adequate ice supporting them and
their cubs.
However, just recently, I was somewhat taken aback by a strong
rebuttal: that is to say, that there are various natural physical factors
causing this phenomenon and perhaps it's not directly due to man's interference
with our natural world.
Maybe, after the holidays, there'll be some more pro and con.
