Dear Tweeters,

Jim Alt just phoned me to let me know--a Harris's Sparrow is frequenting a feeder across from the Bald Eagle Interpretive Center in Rockport (Skagit County, way upriver). The center is at Howard Miller Steelhead Park. The sparrow comes and goes, but can be seen from inside the interpretive center.
