An unusual sighting for us out here in the foothills. 40 snow geese in a
flooded pasture along Ohop Creek in the valley northwest of town. They were
hanging around all afternoon. I'll be checking later today to see if they
are still there and will take the long lens to try for some better pictures
than yesterday's long distance photos.
