Subject: [Tweeters] Potholes & Prairies Festival in North Dakota

Tweets - some of you may remember my report about how much I enjoyed last
year's Potholes & Prairies birding festival in North Dakota last June.
Here's a link to their website for this year's festival:
http://www.birdingdrives.com/ppfestival2007.htm
(Yeah - odd that they didn't change the URL to 2008...)
I'm a bit torn in recommending the festival this year, since it's the SAME
WEEKEND AS THE WOS CONFERENCE in Walla Walla.
How's that for bad timing.
So, if you've birded the Walla Walla area so much as to be bored by it, BUT
NOT ENOUGH to be asked to lead field trips there, then I heartily recommend
the P&P festival.
For the rest, I'm sure the 2009 P&P festival will be fantastic; almost as
good as the 2008 WOS Conference in Walla Walla.
