This morning I checked the Goodrich Pond in Centralia. There were Northern Pintails, American Wigeons, Green-winged Teal, Dunlins, Black-bellied Plovers, Mew Guls, and 1 Eurasian Wigeon on the pond. Also seen were 2 Bald Eagles and an American Kestrel. The trail is still closed from the flooding.
After, I drove along Big Hanaford Rd. in Centralia, and in the pond with the cattails next to the road, just past the steamplant building, there were 3 male Redheads and 3 Canvasbacks (2 Females 1 male). Also seen were, American Kestrel, Northern Harrier, Pied-billed Grebe, Ring-necked Duck, and lots of American Coots.
