At exactly noon (I looked) today, I saw a pair of peregrins (male & female by size) flying between Safeco building and the tall apartment building on the other side of the Trader Joe"s parking (Roosevelt and almost 45th). Had fairly close looks if being on the ground and about 14 stories below them counts. I stood and watched for a while. They were buzzing rock pigeons, but not seriously.
