I saw a Peregrine eating a pigeon today on the Sammamish Plateau, high
in one of the trees near my school. I had a chance to share this moment
with a number of students on their way to class. As the feathers slowly
floated down into the parking lot of our school some of the kids were
totally grossed out while some were fascinated by nature working it's
magic, as well as how hungry the Peregrine seemed. A educational moment
for sure.
