I was there today from 9:30a until about 3:15p with my mom (Olive) and
Debby de Carlo. We birded the entire area, and kept returning to look
for Arctic Loon every hour or so, but to no avail.

No Arctic Loon was seen by us or the other two parties we saw and
chatted with.

No Black Phoebe was seen.

No Palm Warbler was seen.

We did see the White-tailed Kite from the Barendse bridge.

We saw only One Loon (Red-throated). I believe it to be one of the two
Red-throated Loons seen last time I was there.
