Tweeters has so many outstanding birders who pay attention to detail in the birds they look at. Take a look at this picture that was published in the Issaquah Journal and let me know what kind of "duck" you believe this Bald Eagle to be carrying. I thought I recognized it on first glance but, after hearing a contrary opinion, have decided I'm not sure what it is.
