Today I walked from Schmitz park to Alki, then to the Duwamish Head and then up the Fairmount Gulley. At about 9:30 am I observed 6 big Swans flying north, fairly low. There was also Loons, a Common and 3 Pacific. I had to visit my favorite Black Turnstones and Surfbirds around the Duwamish Head.
