Hi Tweeters,

My wife and I saw a pair of Eurasian Widgeons at Elliot Bay Marina on February 14 about 11:00 am. We were just west of Palisade Restaurant, walking along the paved path. They were in the water about 40 to 50 feet from us. We were not really out bird watching but I luckily had my binoculars with me and we had a very fine, close up look. We also saw a number of other birds but nothing of note.
