No Can-O'-Worms. This one's simple. We're talking about a National Wildlife Refuge, a place where the most potentially harmful species, humans, are strictly controlled, kept on trails, forced to go home at night. These cute little black-and-white, steel gray, carmel brown, and cream sickle bunnies don't live by any rules and they don't fall within the mandate for which the refuge has been created and maintained. It's not a whole lot different than having a bunch of chickens.....
