Doug,
This is an immature White-crowned Sparrow, with orange/pink bill same as adult and same head markings as adult except in shades of gray-brown and rufous brown.

I am fairly new at birding and need some assistance in identifying the Sparrow in the attachment. The photo was taken at Marymoore Park on Tuesday Feb. 19. I have ruled out a Song Sparrow, Savannah Sparrow, Gold & White-crowned Sparrows, & American Tree Sparrow. I believe it is one of the following:
Chipping Sparrow, Clay-colored Sparrow, Brewers Sparrow or Lincoln's Sparrow.
