Tweeties!

The usual suspects are back in my yard.
House Sparrows
Juncos
BC Chickadees
Towhee
Robins
Starlings
crows
steller jays

But a newcomer flitted around the evergreen shrubs by my deck. My
inside only cat alerted me to the bird by the deck. I peeked out
expecting to see a usual suspect, but there it was - a male Townsend's
Warblers in bright yellow and black looking totally stunning on the
dark green shrub. I don't think a Townsend's Warblers has ever passed
through my yard before.

Next month I'll be moving out farther into the country near
Snohomish. The property has two wetland areas and some nice second
growth forest. I am so looking forward to birding the property.
