Hi Tweeters,

Two weeks ago I was in the Rio Grande Valley visiting a friend and
doing as much birding as possible. Photos of some of the birds I saw
at Salineno, Falcon State Park, Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park
and Anzalduas County Park are in the new photos folder on my website.

I got a very close view of an injured Bobcat that is thought to have
been caught in a sugar cane field when the stubble was burned
off. Last I heard, there are several traps set for it, with the
hopes of it being treated for its injuries.
