Hi Tweeters,

Now that the holiday season is over and the
Brownsmead, Oregon, Arctic Loon is still around I
would love to go see it. I pasted Noah Stryker's
lovely photo of this potential life bird onto my
desktop at work and it has been calling to me. To try
and keep it a greener trip I would like to invite
fellow Tweeters to join me this Saturday, January 5,
2008.

Let's meet at the I-5/Hwy 512 Park and Ride at 8am.
That gives more northerly Tweeters a chance to drive
down to join up without getting up at o dark thirty,
unless you live really north.

Directions, from I-5 going south take exit 127, (Hwy
512), go right at the exit, then immediate
left--across several lanes to get there--onto S Tacoma
Way, then left about a half a block down which leads
you to the park and ride, go left into the Park and
Ride and meet by McDonalds.

Feel free to email me if you want to join me or would
like my cell number. Or just show up and we will put
together carpools. Bring lunch and dress for the
weather. Also some money to share gas expenses, plus
a coffee run is possible if not likely. Plan for a
full day out since it is about a 3 hour drive each
way.
