Greetings all,

I'm needing to stay close to home these days, but I was THIS CLOSE to a three falcon day at the Hundred Acre Woods!! (NE Lakewood, Pierce County)

I was watching a small flock of finches overhead when a Merlin zipped by going in the opposite direction. Odd, I thought. He must not be hungery. Then the reason for his speed appeared, a Peregrine hot on his tail and driving him off. Now if that almost-always-present Kestrel had just put in his appearance............. But you know how THAT goes!
