Hi all,

Just got home from Omak. I spent a couple of hours in the Grand Coulee area. Not much moving at all. I only saw 2 gulls flying. None at any of the usual haunts. Even the bright orange floats across form Electric City were bare. I looked above the dam and at the campground as well.

I went by the power station area twice and overlooked everything I could see in the blowing snow without luck.

I didn't see any dippers either (Common, Varied and Solitary - told by their calls of "I dipped on the owl", "I dipped on the gull" etc.)

I'll be back through there tomorrow after putting my wife and daughter on the plane to the Philippines. But, I don't know if there will be any light.

I'll keep you posted.
