I have to agree with Mark and Ann Marie, this web survey seems to be geared
for a future pay-site. Coupled with a seemingly disingenuous request I
would caution people against giving the rather large amount of personal
information required to enter the actual survey.

PS...if you're interested. This all started with my
son. He has an insatiable curiosity for our natural
surroundings. He loves birds. The other day he even
corrected his grandmother when she tried to identify a
bird in our backyard. Grandma said, "there's a
bluejay." My son says..and he's only 3... "no
grandma,that is a scrub-jay." Ha!
