Steve,

Go ahead and post your wish list on Tweeters. I'm sure several of us will respond.

Hi all,

I have been reading the list for several weeks now in preparation for a short trip to Seattle this weekend- Sunday and Monday. While I have found the posts very interesting, many of the species that I am most interested in are not commonly posted- because they are, well, more common.

I have a few guide books and have done lots of research online, but I was hoping for some more "personal advice" for my situation- two days to travel in Seattle and the Olympic peninsula and see the sights and see as many of my target species as possible. This will be my first time in the northwest, and I am hoping to make the most of it- I think I could see as many as 15-20 life birds! If anyone could help give me an idea of the best places to see my target birds at this time of year, please respond to me privately. I would really appreciate the help.

I will be sure to post anything unusual that I find.

Thanks very much,
Good birding,
Steve
