I am helping to create a long term bird monitoring program at the
Evergreen State College's 1,033 acre forest reserve located in Olympia,
WA. I am actively looking for a 3rd thesis reader with ornithology
expertise, especially with respect to point count methodologies, distance
sampling and community ecology statistical analysis (I'll be using
Distance 5.0 and PCORD programs). The thesis will analyze baseline data
of our bird community in relation to forest structure data already
collected and will also serve as a protocol document. If anyone would like
