Hi Mike,
As attachments aren't allowed on Tweeters, I'm sending you a private
email with map images of a place just north of PV where my wife and I
saw hundreds of wading birds a few years ago. It's a little estuary
just south of San Francisco and north of Sayulita. We just stumbled
upon it and couldn't believe our luck.
For any others of you who are interested in locating this place, use
this Google Maps link:
http://maps.google.com/maps?t=h&hl=en__http:%2F%2Fmaps.google.com%2Fmaps%3Fll%3D20.751114,-105.246277&ie=UTF8&ll=20.900834,-105.416908&spn=0.067514,0.081196&z=14&om=0
Select "Satellite" and "show labels" at the upper right. Find the
triangular-shaped "lake" just east of the beach.
