Once again I am an idiot and Bob is, of course, spot-on. No Kelp Gull should
have pink feet and legs at this point. Wow, I need to rethink this one and
come back with a different answer. I don't think this is a Western, or any
derivative thereof. Bob maybe right, this might be a Slaty-back though I
might expect paler scapulars and coverts. Hmmmmmmm.
