In February of 2006 I saw snowy owls at Fort Stevens on the Oregon Coast. I
tried again last year, but I couldn?t get out to the beach area where I
found the beauties in ?06 because of construction. Does anyone on the list
know the current status of that area?



Also, does anyone know if there is a mailing list more specific to the
Oregon Coast?



I?m spending a few days in Seaside the last part of February, and I?d like
to know what?s being seen.
