Hello,
It seems we have had a shift in distribution of both swans and snow
geese in the past 10 days. There are now about 2-3,000 snow geese in the
Snohomish River Valley near SR9 and Marshland Road. Also, swans have
shifted south into Monroe, Carnation and Fall City.
If you are out in Snohomish, King or Pierce counties and see swans I
will greatly appreciate knowing the exact location and how many swans you
observed. Also, if you know if they are trumpeters or tundras. Most of
what we see in these areas have been trumpeters.
