Hi Tweeters,

On a walk across Foster Island on Saturday, we noticed what looked like evidence of a sizeable roost in the tall bare bushes along the south side of the trail: lots of white bird splats covered the ground and the lower branches over a long stretch. Does anyone know what hangs out in there? I know there's a crow roost nearby (still?), but these seem more like tall bushes than trees, so I wouldn't expect crows to roost there. But I s'pose it's possible...(??)Brenda BurnettSeattlebeaknbird at hotmail dot com
