Hey, Tweets! I'm going to post this again, just because I think it would
be so cool to have a Tweeter on NPR next Sunday.

The puzzle posed by Will Shortz on the NPR Sunday Puzzle, January 27,
2008, is a great one for birders. Here it is:

Take the three bird names egret, crane and owl. Rearrange the 13 letters
to spell three other bird names. They are all common names. What are they?
===================================
So, you use all 13 letters, each only once, and form the names of three
different birds. Don't post it to Tweeters -- no cheating. But DO figure
it out and email the form at:

Be sure to submit your answer by mid-day Wednesday, Jan. 30. They call
you mid-day Thursday and tape the puzzle then.

This should be easy for every Tweet to figure out. Wouldn't it be fun to
have a Tweeter on NPR next Sunday morning? And if a Tweeter ~is~ chosen
and does the puzzle on the air with Will Shortz and Liane Hansen, you
must promise to say you *heard it on Tweeters!*

I was on several years ago and got a lot of neat prizes, including a
deluxe Scrabble game. Haven't heard the puzzle? Listen to a few at:
