Hey tweets, can anyone tell me if there is a number to call if I see a
sick bird? I heard on the news today that West Nile is in the state,
and there sure are a lot of mosquitoes around. Also, there was a
program on KCTS-9 today about concerns in OR re avian flu.

Yesterday as I was out and about, renewing my license tabs at the
Roosevelt license store, I saw a crow staggering around on the front
