For what it's worth, our only Rose-breasted Grosbeak was on July 18th, 2004, a male. We live just north of Stanwood, in Snohmish County. It also was in our yard only part of one day.

A solitary Rose-breasted Grosbeak showed up at our birdfeeder about 7 AM today (7/5/08). He stayed around for about a half an hour and then left. I managed to get a couple of photos. We live on the east hill of Kent.
