This evening I was thrilled to find a female American Redstart along
the causeway at Juanita Bay Park, the first for the park. It chipped
a couple times but was mostly silent. The bird was located just north
of the beaver pond on the left (west) side and was still there half an
hour later when I came back to get pictures.

Other highlights from my visit include three Osprey and a singing
Purple Finch. There has been a male American Wigeon in the bay for
the past month though I didn't see it this evening.
