OMGOSH! I have a pileated woodpecker who's discovered my suet feeder on the front porch. HOLY SMOKES!!!!! I am THRILLED (just don't peck on mi casa, senor!). My husband decided to "help me out' and hung some sheers over my windows (2 big windows in front of my desk here) ARGH! I could only watch through the curtains... Now there's a downy woodpecker on the feeder too!

Well, those curtains will go bye bye - AGAIN - and maybe I can snag some pics for you guys! :O) I think it's a young bird, I saw him yesterday in the front yard...

I needed something happy like this! :O)
