Hello all -

Here's a fun one for all you raptor experts out there. I am including two links to photos sent me by my in-laws. This bird seems to be living in the Yorba Linda/Riverside area of So Cal behind their condo.

Any suggestions or ID would be appreciated. I don't know if this is just a juvenile, or a bird that is partially leucistic...

I can't wait for the input.... ;)
