Hello-



I have a bird ID puzzle I'm hoping someone can help me solve.

This evening I was at Wallace Swamp Creek Park in Kenmore when I heard a new call overhead. I looked up to see a bird about crow size, maybe a little smaller. My best alliteration of its call is "Bre-ee-he-he" repeated steadily as it flew over. The setting sun made it hard to distinguish coloration but overall it was dark possibly lighter on head & shoulders but maybe that was sunshine. Fan shaped tail, pointed wings. It flew in a straight line 20-30 feet high. Any suggestions?
